Definitely a 5-star experience! Very attentive staff, super relaxing atmosphere, and amazing service. I had the hot stone massage and body scrub with Joy (awesome, my skin felt like a baby’s bottom 😂) and my first ever facial with Deana (it was heavenly ☺) I see many more spa days at The Retreat in my future.
The spa is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a peaceful atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. I booked an appointment to celebrate my birthday, and it was the perfect choice. India gave me an incredible massage, and Debbie provided a wonderfully relaxing facial. Both were exceptional and made my experience unforgettable. This is definitely my new favorite place to recharge. Highly recommend!
The customer service was great. My masseuse Shawn was very kind and gentle but my pain and tightness in my upper back is still there. I may have to go a few more times before I get some relief.
