“Tim (not me, a different Tim that owns this place) runs a quirky little shambles on Sherwood Forest Blvd. When you walk in, you're flanked by a wall of monoters from the 1990' on the left and a disheveled congress of old couches on the right. Arrayed about in every direction and on every surface are computer components from every decade of my lifetime. There are work stations all along the right and left walls in varrying degrees of functionallity. You will feel disoriented and unsure of where to go, but you must go deeper. The counter is almost lost at the back of the stor, it too covered and wrapped in bits and pieces of computers. If you come looking for some obscure part of peice for your machine, Tim is just as likely to pull it from some nook or cranny at hand as he is to send one of the teen boys he employees into the depths of the back to rob it off something in the grave yard and return 30 minutes later. Some times he charges for these parts and some times he waves his hand dismissively and just walks off.

He has recovered data off hard drives that other shops said were toast. He has built and rebuilt several of my machines. He has stayed open late on Christmas eve helping me complete work on a computer made from 6 other computers for my kids. This is the ugliest and weirdest place you may ever visit. It's also the best dame computer store in the whole world. You have been warned.“
