I had received a mail advertisement for bug ninja termite prevention service and reached out. From the office person on the phone to the two gentlemen who came out to do the installation and inspection, their service was impeccable! Sherry was very professional and friendly on the phone and when Eric and Alex arrived to my house, they were top notch! Eric and Alex are a father-son team and three generations of their family have been in this business. They know what they are doing! Termites were swarming at one of my rentals and tenant was freaking out. They fit me in on a busy day while my old pest control company said it would be 7 days. No termite infestation was found which reassured my tenant. Needless to say I will be using them for all my pest control services from now on.Service: Termite inspection

Great customer service and extremely easy to deal with. All it took was a quick phone call and there were termite baits in my yard. I didn’t even have to leave work. Their monthly plan they offer is also much easier to afford than a lump charge every year. Very satisfied so far!
