I called the office in chronic pain. They made time to see me in the same day. With MRI report in hand, Dr Heard reviewed my report and was not alarmed. “Drove into BRLA on Sunday and was crying by mid-Monday with several structural freezes. Hip, shoulder, scapula, NECK! The excellent staff found a time and got me in the next day! First exam and adjustment with Dr. Sonnier was just the start of the experience. He sent me home with specific instructions and I followed them! Later same day got a therapeutic massage at the clinic ( Austin…I owe you!!!) and had a voice message from Dr. S asking how I was. I went back the next day to learn that my adjustments were holding. A slight tweak to neck and I am enjoying holidays with family! So grateful this Thanksgiving for this clinic and all the staff. Happy to have also gotten a referral for my local area to keep up the treatments!“
