Dr. Bell is very knowledgeable and extremely thorough in analyzing the cause(s) of a patient’s pain and providing the treatment to remedy that pain. I can honestly say that that I am leaving Capital Spine & Rehabilitation in much better shape than I was when I began treatment following my car accident, and I will return to Capital Spine & Rehabilitation for any future neck or spinal pain I experience.“

“This woman is absolutely magic! I found her through a Google search for some lymphatic massage following my procedure to slim my waist. I had this procedure done previously five months ago at a different facility and I was riddled with knots and lumps because the surgeons didn’t tell me any aftercare to perform. The second procedure surgeons Did a much better job but also did not give me much aftercare advice. Thank goodness I found Michelle, she told me everything I needed to do, what I needed to purchase for my skin, when I needed to switch up my compression garments and her lymphatic massages got the swelling out of me in less than two weeks. My waist is snatched ALREADY and my skin looks great with almost NO lumps or bumps!!! No one I found has been as knowledgeable as she is and her prices are extremely competitive and fair!“

Stephanie was scared to give me a deep tissue massage bc I’ve neglected my body for so long, but she saw that I needed it, and she went for it! My body is sore from the deep tissue massage but I would rather this minor pain that will go away in a few days, than the constant pain I was having before! I feel so much looser! She was amazing!! She gave me tips to help me through the day. I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment (she looked away and held up the blankets to cover her face when I flipped over).
