“As a new patient trying to make an appointment at Dr McCarthy’s office I was surprised at how fast they got me in. I’ve been there 2 times in the last month and my wait in the waiting room was maybe 10 minutes. After the nurse was finished, and left for the doctor to come in, it couldn’t have been 5 minutes. Dr McCarthy explained things and showed me pictures to give me a complete understanding of what he was telling me. He took is time and was very patient with me. I will definitely recommend him and his staff to anyone needing a pulmonologist!!!“

“Admited for surgery. Dr. Jakob was my assigned surgeon, instead of pushing my surgery out Dr. Golightly performed it. The surgery staff was absolutely amazing. My floor nurse Allen was amazing as well, his job isn't just a job! Yes! I went down the rabbit hole and read all of the reviews 2 hours before my surgery and some of them I was very taken back and nervous over. All in all my experience was great! Thank you to everyone who had a hand in Triage and care.“

“No one at Renal Associates seems to be able to provide accurate information. I have been dissatisfied with them since Dr. Kenney retired.

Renal Associates made some management changes (and possibly ownership changes) several years ago and the process was not smooth. However, the doctors at Renal are the absolute best. If you are in, or near Baton Rouge and have kidney issues, this is definitely the group of doctors you want on your side.“

“Thank you too Dr Nelson and his team for treating my mother with respect, making her feel comfortable and caring for her needs! My ONLY issue is the lady at the front desk.... I don't appreciate getting yelled at when we walked in. My mother is elderly and came in with a walker. It was obvious she needed to sit down and the lady at the front desk felt the need to yell at us because WE didn't wait....“

“My father had to get services here recently for his Hansen's Disease. It was a several hour process and he saw several providers while there but every person that he saw was caring and concerned about his well-being and condition and comfort. We were even greeted in the parking lot, I mean talk about curb service. Dad will be affiliated with this clinic for at least 12 months. But they were genuinely concerned for his well-being and overall health. And their professionalism and genuine compassion and concern greatly impressed me and touched me in a way that I haven't been in a long time and I would like to thank each and every one of them.“
