“LaShun (Sean) was incredible! The whole experience was very relaxing, and everyone was very courteous and kind from the moment I walked in. The facilities are clean and well-kept, I felt like my concern areas were noted and LaShun did a great job addressing them. He also gave suggestions for some yoga poses and stretches I could do to help with back pain. I love The Retreat and have been going for years, but I think this was the best experience I've had (and they've all been good).“

“My massage therapist Sherah was incredibly professional and really took the time to ask about any areas of tension before starting. She focused exactly where I needed it most, especially my shoulders and lower back and the pressure was perfect! You can tell she really cares and knows what she's doing.

About halfway through, I felt completely relaxed like all the stress I’d been carrying just melted away. By the end I felt refreshed, lighter, and honestly in a much better mood overall.
