They saved me $160.00. Went in on 08/15/2026 at around 12:45 and asked about getting a new programmable key since mine stopped working. The guy behind the counter asked if my battery was good. I told him it was since I had ordered some batteries off Amazon to replace the existing ones went the remote stopped working. He said that sometimes when you get batteries you just get a bad batch. He took the key, put a new battery in and it worked perfectly. He could have sold me a new $160.00 key, but he took the time to troubleshoot the issue first. If and when I do need a replacement key I will be returning to this place of business.
Thomas from American Key and Lock Company was amazing, professional, and simply awesome! Called the company a little after 8 am and Thomas had all new locks and multiple keys made in under 2 hours! Three new deadbolts and new lockes to boot. Awesome company and Technician!
