Animal Ark Pet Clinic-Drusilla has a kind and attentive staff who prioritize the well-being of furry friends. They provide caring and informative service, making clients feel at ease. The clinic has helped many pets recover from illnesses, earning it a strong reputation and enthusiastic recommendations. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable, with vets like Dr. Paula and Dr. Melanie showing kindness and compassion to both pets and owners. They are gentle, fast, and efficient during routine care, so pets barely realize they are getting shots, and many pets, like dogs and cats, are very happy with the care they receive. The clinic is proactive in diagnosing and treating conditions, such as a skin rash that had troubled a cat for years, where they used antibiotics and steroid shots to help her fully recover. Pet owners feel confident and trust the clinic’s services, often recommending it to others.
Our 10 year-old Chihuahua, Rocky, had his teeth cleaned and 2 extractions and a toe that was swollen for at least 6 months amputated. Dr. Paula and her staff took excellent care of him. They checked his ears and trimmed his nails and more than likely did more. He has never been treated so well. They treated us like we were part of the pack. {~.~}
All the reviews are true! I've taken my two cats here since 2020, and I would never want to take them elsewhere. Prices are reasonable and the team never overcharges or tries to push unnecessary, costly services. They're always happy to answer any questions in person or over the phone and share tips and tricks for my stubborn kitties. Thank y'all for being the best!
It's been several years, but I used to go there and travel even from Kissimmee Florida to use them because I just love their vet and their facility. They were so kind to my dog. I hit a dog that had breast cancer and ended up having all her breast removed, but still lived to 21 years of age
All Because of the great treatment she got from them
