My wife, Lynda, was sent to PhysioFit for pain in her right arm and shoulder. Kaitlyn worked miracles getting her back on track. She was a joy to work with and “hoot” every day. Thank you Kaitlyn for helping her eliminate her pain.
The team at Physiofit performed above and beyond my expectations for rehab. The pain and issues with my neck and arms went after in a very short period of time without the use of medications. They even gave suggestions for exercises and stretches to incorporate at home to maintain post rehab.This will be my recommendation for physical therapy going forward.
Of all the physical therapy centers I’ve used in this city PhysioFit offers the most comprehensive, customized, detailed evaluations and therapy I’ve encountered. They don’t just give you a bunch of exercises to do. They actually give you a detailed explanation of what each exercise is doing to help your specific problem and they also explain what you’ve been doing to create and contribute to the problem in the first place. That way, you can make permanent corrections for your own conditions without having to return for the same problems repeatedly.
