Love Yoga Rouge! Hot Power classes at this studio are amazing! I also have enjoyed warm flow and fun “vinyasa beats” is a great way to mix things up! Which ever class you attend, you are sure to be surrounded by a community of great yogis.
My absolute favorite studio. Kind, knowledgeable, and helpful instructors. No pressure to be perfect but rather value a 'come as you are' and 'do what works for you' approach. Always a clean and welcoming environment.
Yoga Rouge introduced me to Hot Power, and I was immediately hooked. The studio was a second home for me while I lived in the area. Heather welcomed me with open arms and the classes provided a sanctuary amid the noise of day-to-day life where I could quiet my mind.Most of all, I’m eternally grateful for the 200 Hour Teacher Training. I went in resisting every step of the way, but upon reflection, it’s that training that has gotten me through the past years when the going got rough.Years later I still notice the benefits and I know I’ll continue to reap them—I am so grateful for having had that experience.
