The staff was professionally and once we sat down to design the monument, Shelly let us design it custom to our desires. The turnaround time was very impressive (initially was told 4 months which is reasonable based off conversations with another company who we had to do everything on-site/no human interaction - we designed it on their website but the man was never available to discuss the design); it only took approximately 6-7 weeks for product (headstone) additional vase (for my Grandmother) and install.I would recommend this company to anyone in the BR and surroundings areas.”
