One Heart Yoga is such a beautiful space for healing, and their 8-unit EESystem is a true gift. From the moment you walk in, there’s a peaceful, nurturing energy that immediately puts you at ease. The EESystem sessions have been incredibly restorative—physically, emotionally, and energetically. You can really feel the intention and care that goes into everything they offer. So grateful to have this healing space in the community!

Great studio! Dropped in to Amanda's class today and really enjoyed myself. Reasonable rates for very high-quality teaching. Easy parking and within walking distance of the Capitol, etc. Will be back.
