We have had a wonderful experience with the doctors and staff at Garden District Animal Hospital. From the moment we walk through the door, we feel that our pets are genuinely cared for and treated with compassion and respect.

The doctors are knowledgeable, thorough, and take the time to explain everything and answer our questions. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and truly seems to love what they do.

Most importantly, we trust them. Knowing that our pets are in good hands gives us tremendous peace of mind. We highly recommend Garden District Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a veterinary team they can depend on!

I moved to Baton Rouge in 2023 with my then 85 pound American Bully. She had actually just gotten surgery before our move and I needed to quickly find a vet that I could trust to monitor her after care. After a recommendation from a classmate, I couldn't have chosen a better veterinarian practice. Dr. Anderson, Dr. Meade, and all of the technicians are welcoming, knowledgeable, and treat my girl as if she were their own. We are greeted warmly every visit and I never feel uneasy or question how I or my dog are being treated.The only downside to this practice is the cost a lot of times as it seems it can be a bit overpriced compared to some other local veterinarians. I just wanted to say a quick THANK YOU to the team at Garden District Animal Hospital!!

My dog doesn’t know how to handle/process the “unknown,” and unfortunately vet clinics are a scary and uncomfortable place for him. After being treated with such inconsideration at his last vet, it’s so gratifying to walk in with my Tiny Ball of Anxiety and know that he’s receiving the love, time, and comfort that he needs.
