This store has the best attitude and customer service from when I first walked in I was properly greeted. I needed some new flooring for my kitchen and I was looking for a particular flooring and I needed some additional help. It was an associate by the name A.J. She was extremely helpful! Extraordinary customer service, & she was so informative. She was so kindhearted and helpful, literally makes me want to only shop here versus anywhere else! Someone needs to give her a raise or promotion such an incredible help!!! Will be back again for her help! Overall experience was a 100/10
I had a great experience ordering my flooring from Home & Decor! I was able to enter all of my measurements online and order the correct amount of flooring for my space. My order was ready for pickup the very next day, which made the entire process quick and convenient. Everything went smoothly, and I was very pleased with the service and the flooring!
