Dillon came to my house within 30 min of my call. He was awesome. Very nice and well mannered. This is important to me since I was raised in the fifties and we were raised that way. He found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. I was very pleased and impressed. If I have future problems I will call Fire and Ice. He doesn't try to sell you something you don't need and is honest about how your system is working .So he's not going to say you need freon when you really don't just to sell you freon which is extremely expensive fyi.
