Bark City provides excellent service and care for pets. The business takes great care of dogs, including those with anxiety, and offers affordable prices. They also board dogs and provide grooming services, ensuring they leave smelling great and looking well-groomed. The staff clearly love animals and do an amazing job, even on rescue dogs that are dirty and overgrown. They manage to trim nails well and give baths, making dogs happy and comfortable. Bark City offers a personal touch, including pick-up and drop-off services, and treats pets with love and care, making pet owners feel confident and appreciated.
The ladies that work here are so kind and gentle with my dogs. I have been coming here for a few years - the staff is patient and I truly feel like they are animal lovers, which matters a lot to me. Each visit, my dogs get a bandana with their name on it! They even send a video with your dog in it to let you know they are ready to be picked up. Small touches like this really add to the experience!
Bark city went above and beyond for our 2 babies! Their cuts were perfect & exactly what we wanted. Both came back to us happy & high energy. We can tell they really enjoyed their time there & that's all we can ask for. It was our 6 mo old Havanese first hair cut & they took pictures & gave us some of her hair to keep to memorialize the day. Such a great experience as a whole. Not to mention, today is a holiday & they got us in last minute. This is all the way across town for us & we don't care because they are so great! Thanks Bark City !!
I have a rescue poodle that was abused. He is reactive and has to be medicated for grooming. I tried numerous places for his grooming and no one would take him or they would call me to come get him within minutes of dropping him off. Bark City did his initial grooming when the rescue received him, severely over-grown and matted. They are out of my area, but 1,000% worth it every time. He does well with them, isn't hesitant to go inside their building and they do a great job while treating him wonderfully. Please consider giving them your business. I really can't speak highly enough of them.
