I’ve been to a few barbershops in the valley but none of them come CLOSE to this shop. From quality to customer service, this shop beats all the ones i’ve been to. Barbers usually struggle with understanding my hair but here has been the only time where I get the cut I want. Overall an amazing experience and would definitely recommend.

Eddie was great - relaxed, professional and really good at what he does. He cut my 6 year old for his first 'big kid' haircut, which included a close buzz for his first time. These ladies do such a beautiful, detailed job, especially Mimi. I’ve gotten acrylics in the past and this time I got powder with gel polish. This is my 3rd or 4th time getting my nails done here and they’ve never let me down. Also I’ve never had a nail break even after keeping the same set for over a month, which is huge because I’m pretty hard on my nails. Very easy to book and very very reasonably priced.

So I had came in with the intention of just cutting my hair and that was it. Thanks to Dianne and her 20+ years of experience I walked out feeling and looking my best EVER! First let’s talk decor! Her salon is so aesthetically pleasing to look at, from the chandeliers to the gold accents on mirrors it all goes hand in hand with the stylists employed at Diva Touch! The receptionist was super sweet and so professional he even offered to dry off my umbrella (by the way it was raining, HARD). I waited very shortly and Dianne had immediately knew exactly the look we were going to do. I put all my marbles in one basket and she did not disappoint. As she finished with a 2nd client (while my color was setting in), the detail in her maneuvering her hand for the hair cut and the blow out I instantly knew I was in amazing hands. I just used Andy again for fixing a toilet. it needed a full rebuild inside, removed the tank to replace all rubber washers, new water shut off valve, new water line. He does what he says he is going to do and arrives when he said he will be there. I will be using him again for other plumbing jobs.

We were having a problem with our whole house automatic generator and having a hard time finding anyone who had an expertise in that area. At the request of the lovely person who answered the phone, Leslie, Jamie stopped by the same day I called after finishing another job to see if he could help. He very systematically checked the system over ( its a pretty complicated system) and found the dead spot. He educated us a bit in its workings and charged us a very reasonable price. I was very happy. Jamie's a good natured person, fun to talk with and Leslie is as nice as can be. I highly recommend this company

Our washed washer was slowly dying..until it did. Our contractor recommended Waadt appliance in the Lake Balboa district. Not only were the sales staff well informed but also low pressure. The sales effort couldn't have gone smoother. Upon delivery we noticed we purchased a gas dryer. We needed an electric dryer. No problem switching out the two. Chris the sales person also mention that the electric is a bit less expensive than the gas dryer. He could've hidden that fact from us but was straight up and honest. If you're caught in an emergency with a failed appliance Waadt is sure to make the process quick and easy. Oh...the first sign we had chosen the right appliance retailer was when we were greeted by their in-house kitty.

Fantastic customer service! I tried everywhere (even at the dealership) to get the key made for my Vespa but the tech ended up crying on his 4th try. I’m really happy with the work that was done. From beginning to end professional and friendly service was delivered. They left everything clean after putting new locks, indoor and outdoor. To me that’s usually the biggest pain after a contractor leaves. Our security (camera) system is incredible, all our locks are working properly, we even got a super cool lock to use with our phone. Adrian really listened to our asks and recommended items most compatible with our needs. Great job plaza team.

Finding a good upholstery cleaning service was surprisingly difficult. I didn’t want my sofa cleaned with a small portable machine, since they never seem to get deep enough. After calling around for estimates, I chose Carpet Savers because they use powerful, truck-mounted equipment for a true industrial clean.
Moises and Eddie arrived within the promised window, bringing great energy and professionalism. The entire process took about an hour, and I was amazed (and a little horrified!) at how dirty the water was afterwards. My sofa looks fantastic now, and I also appreciate that they use eco-friendly, non-toxic products.

I was fortunate to have Gabriel S. inspect below our 100 yr. old home, the entire perimeter and the attic for menacing pests. His discoveries below the house included infested and cracked beams which were replaced by Carlos and crew. Three sets of double doors were shot and carpenters William and Jesus dropped in 3 new sets of doors and repaired the jambs and the wood trim with replacement of new wood. The pesticide crew Anthony and Gus spent two days locating all the sources of termites and other pests and chemically treated the attic, subterranean area and drilled and injected chemicals in suspected areas. Of course, the home office is efficiently run by GM Cassie and scheduler Alain and the pricing was fair. Folks, this is the best pesticide company I have dealt with in our home for the past 28 years we're here. Before you hire another company, please consider McKernan Inspections. Contacted Elias at US Comfort to get my A/C and heating unit replaced. Within two days I was given an estimate, and only a few days later they started the work. As promised, they finished everything within four days and I am sooo happy and satisfied with their work! We did a 3-room kitchen and bath remodel in just under 3 months, and we are over the moon with how well everything came out! Micky and his team are simply superb — every team he brought in did top-notch work, including tiles, flooring, plumbing, electrical, countertop, cabinets, glass, stucco, windows, drywall, and more. Micky coordinated everything to perfection, ensuring the project was progressing day to day, sometimes hour by hour. (Luckily it was very minimal.) and while it was open, put in recess lighting inside.We sold the condo this year (2022) and bought a house. Where we, once again, called ING Construction to do what the house inspector fixes were needed to the 1979 house up to code.We had a drain place in the back.New dedicated gas line to tankless water tank plus earthquake shut off valve to gas meter.Added bathroom fan vents to vent the moisture out.New vent pipe to the washing machine in the garage.New roof to the house plus adding solar, as well.They were extremely fast, and the quality is unmeasurable. Heather’s team saved me from losing it. The scratching above our living room got louder every night and finally I called Rodents Stop. I’m in North Hollywood, and they had Karin and Miguel out in less than three days. They found the entry hole behind an outdoor vent, blocked it off, and cleaned up an insane mess in the attic. It was like a rodent resort up there. Now it’s sealed, disinfected, and freshly insulated. The best part? My dog isn’t pacing at night anymore. That alone made it worth it.

Today I visited Dr. Chong after not being here for years, why? Because this woman's services work! When I found her in the past, I had been hopping between chiropractors trying to find one that would actually help me with the pain on my lower back which was the result of a car accident and many chiropractors felt more like they were just doing minor adjustments and my pain had gotten chronic. Well, not Dr. Chong! She personally took her time through the initial consultation, asked all the right questions and in one session I got more than I did at any other chiropractors, ever! She takes her time, places you in different rooms, places you upside down to stretch your back, places hot compresses on your on it, adjusts your back, neck and hips and even stretches your muscles. You get the works in a few words! I am going to be her client for life! ❤️

Dr Nolasco has been my doctor for 13 years , they are wonderful here I've never had an issue coming here , they helped me with my little girl so many times. The staff is wonderful especially Diane the front desk staff , thank you Valley animal hospital!!!
They did an excellent job fixing my kitten that I adopted from the East valley Animal Shelter. Parking can be a little difficult when it's busy, so I recommend you arrive early. If you're picking up pets that have gotten fixed, the Spain neuter clinic is toward the rear. The clinic itself, is very clean and staffed with lots of friendly staff and volunteers.
Expensive for my pocket, but average for all veterinary clinics, I if I have to bring my pet to a veterinary it will be here, specialty if Dr Michael D Pitt. Is the one checking my pet. He does have a heart.
We brought her to another clinic -Van Nuys veterinary clinic- and doctor a couple of months ago (he was Chinese) and the care she received with Dr Michael was a whole lot special. The othere clinics Dr didn't even want to touch her to examine her, didn't want to even answer all the questions we had.
Todays we did get the best care we could get for the time we were in the office. Thank you Dr Pitt.

Took my mom for Mother’s Day. Called at 1245pm and they gave us a 2pm appointment. We got lucky with Sue and Mikda. They were both amazing and very in tune with our body and what we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Place was clean and quiet inside. Parking in the back.
I see a lot other reviews complaining about the tip which is ridiculous. The price is already much lower than other places so a $20 tip isn’t unreasonable at all. They work hard and they deserve it!

William is an excellent teacher very calm and good at teaching, i failed my test two previous times so i was very nervous for the third attempt but with just two lessons he was able to help me pass the test highly recommend

These wizards can do things with adaptive driving that you never thought could be done. I live over fifty miles away but drove to Van Nuys so Junior could do some work on my van that no one in Orange County could do.
