I live in a fairly large apartment building. The central air conditioning units are quite old. These guys have been great. they arrive quickly and check the units and ducts thorroughly. They took the time, not just to make sure I knew what they were doing, but also to listen and make note of what I said. Once the problem was identified, they explained noot only the options to fix it, but also the process they needed to go through with the building management compay, in order to make the appropriate repairs or replacements. They're very friendly and courteous. I'm quite happy with the company.
