The Mario's (father and son) arrived on time and did a fantastic job!! And I admit that I am very detailed and picky. Yet I was relieved to experience their integrity and caring nature as they did their best work for me and my fluffy white cat. They used a tool to remove the cat hair and documented any issues my property manager should know about the condition of the carpet. We were glad that we had Carpet Saver company come out and cleaned our Sofas and Chair and Carpet. The two Technicians were polite and knowledgeable. our Carpets and Sofa smelled fresh and clean. We will hire them again.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Friendly, efficient and communicative. They really will do whatever it takes to assure their clients are happy. We had an issue with pet odor in our relatively new carpet and they assured that we were 100% satisfied even if it meant coming back. They truly stand by there 10 day guarantee policy. There are not many companies out there that would go above and beyond as this company has done for us, so I'd highly recommend for anyone needing their carpets cleaned. Thanks to Kenny and his team.
