After multiple failure issues with a Yale Assure 2 lock, installed by a general contractor then serviced by an inexperienced locksmith, I decided to call someone who knew what he was doing. Jeff answered my call on a Friday night and was at my house by early Sat afternoon. He installed a new electronic lock I'd purchased (same brand as the previous), duplicated keys for the lock on-site and worked with me to make sure the lock (via the app) was set up and functional. Jeff has years of experience dealing with locks and customers and took the time to understand what I was looking for and how to deliver. I'll definitely be calling him to upgrade the other locks in my home....read full review

After being quoted $650 to replace my grandma's broken door knob I called Jeff for a second opinion. After texting him a few photos of the part he came out later that evening to evaluate it and to try out some spare parts he had on hand. After about 30 minutes he was all done and saved me about $550. Thanks Jeff, the service was fast and friendly!

Jeff was great two years ago when we first called him to change the locks on our house, and he is still great today! Fixed our front door lock, no problem! Same day service!! Amazing!! Jeff saved us from a pointless Home Depot visit and hours of trying to fix the lock ourselves. Jeff is good at what he does .. thank you!!
