10/10 experience. Jonathan (Torres cuz there be two Johns) was great. Gave me exactly what I wanted, and I actually came out clean. There wasn’t hair all over me when I got in my car. He kept cleaning and blowing the hair off. The cleanliness was definitely noteworthy. Experience was great and the people there make you feel like family even though it was my first time there.

Great in 2017 with kitchen cabinets and drawers, not as great this time with a small job, an L shaped floating desktop, it's supports, 3 corner shelves and 15 ft of custom crown moulding. Rory is enthusiastic, helpful and she cares. Isaias is an artist. Both of them make a great team and take pride in the work. I wish it ended there but we struggle with each other this time. I knew exactly what I wanted, how I wanted it made and how I wanted to install it. I gave sketches, templates, a finish sample and measurements, not all of which was followed. In the end, we are happy with the results other than
1. The finish not being fairly close to the sample of honey maple I gave them(shown with desktop). It was to match the kitchen drawers they did previously, even if that required staining to match at $50 more.
2. The matching of wood selections on the right side looks odd. The left side blends well, the right side abruptly goes from pinkish to blonde. It's not horrible but not great.
I'll see if my painter can do some stain work and am not comfortable asking them to address it, even if I were to pay a portion. That's an indication of how contentious it became to get things right and to move beyond egos and pride. The feedback I got from them was that I was asking too much and that I wasn't clear with what I wanted. I feel I was super clear and that I was able to provide working solutions to what they saw as production obstacles along the way. I'm not sure either very much appreciated my viewpoint and that was a disappointment. I do thank them regardless, and believe they tried to do a good job.

Hello: Just a note to mention how wonderful ISABEL Garavito is over here at Alpha & Omega salon. I have been coming to this salon for nearly 10 years and we've done so many things with my hair. I've had hair extensions. Of course I keep my hair colored, and Woven highlights as well. My haircut is always perfect. I have done the hair straightening and it's really fun too. Isabel is constantly taking classes - she is so hip!!! What a professional salon ISABEL runs and my whole family (about 12 of us) are regular customers. We told one of the barbers to give a friend a fade on the sides with a high taper fade, our barber looked really out of it he did this. Environment was chill at least and barber was hella chill
