We took our 2 large area rugs in to be cleaned for the first time in 15 years. This was their first proper cleaning as the one other time was by an inferior method. The care that Rug Ideas, overseen by Dr. Kay and his son Kash was extraordinary. Our carpets have been restored to virtually like-new condition, with vibrant colors and no chemical smell or cleaning residue. They welcome anyone to observe their process, which instills confidence in the final outcome. Trust your finest carpets to them (as people do from around the world), and you'll be thrilled with the outcome, just as we are!

Reviews
Highly recommended. Friendly, reputable, and informative rug cleaner, repairer, and seller. Dr. Kay is quite knowledgeable as is his son, Kash. They did an excellent job hand-dying small white spots on an antique Chinese art deco rug for a very reasonable price. Dr. Kay gave me a quote for the work from photos I sent in, and though it turned out to be a little more work than they expected they stuck to the quote. I really appreciated that and will use them again.
Kash and his team worked miracles on a rug I had almost given up on. It took a few washes to get it perfect, but I’m so happy with the result and glad we didn’t throw it out.
I highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable, honest, and clearly care about their work. I would absolutely use them again.
