He measured our backyard and gave us a more than fair quote- the best we got out of our 5+ meetings. He was great with communication and very transparent with pricing and work that needed to be done. The only reason we didn't work with him was because we wanted to save up a bit more for our project.

I've had a leak on my patio roof for a while so I needed to replace it, but I also considered replacing my whole roof as well. Kevin gave me his honest opinion that I didn't need to replace my whole roof at this time. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that didn't try to 'up-sale' me and try to sell me on something that I didn't need. So, I decided to just replace the patio roof. His crew was fast and efficient and they did a quality job - replacing the flat patio roof as well as replacing some boards that had dry-rot damage. In addition, Innovative Construction & Roofing went above and beyond and fixed a couple other areas of the roof that needed attention (e.g., sealing and painting the vent stacks and adding some additional flashing). I am very pleased with their work, and am now ready for the rainy season. Yay! When the time comes to replace the rest of the roof, I'll be giving them a call. David is an excellent masseur. He has helped a problem I have with my shoulder and has given me much more mobility. The facility is clean and comfortable. I am now a regular client. My only criticism is the parking can be difficult.
