I've had a leak on my patio roof for a while so I needed to replace it, but I also considered replacing my whole roof as well. Kevin gave me his honest opinion that I didn't need to replace my whole roof at this time. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that didn't try to 'up-sale' me and try to sell me on something that I didn't need. So, I decided to just replace the patio roof. His crew was fast and efficient and they did a quality job - replacing the flat patio roof as well as replacing some boards that had dry-rot damage. In addition, Innovative Construction & Roofing went above and beyond and fixed a couple other areas of the roof that needed attention (e.g., sealing and painting the vent stacks and adding some additional flashing). I am very pleased with their work, and am now ready for the rainy season. Yay! When the time comes to replace the rest of the roof, I'll be giving them a call.
