James provided excellent and prompt service. He located various areas of opportunity around my home for rodent access and sealed them. He was thorough and took time to inspect all areas. James came in the morning to look for the nocturnal animal in my attic. I thought it might be a raccoon that was sleeping during the day. There was no animal present but recent evidence of rodents. He checked for entry points inside and out and installed mesh at the opening of an air vent that appeared to be the entry point.Thank you, James!
