McKernan Inspections is a terrific company with friendly workers who go about their job with a wonderful work ethic. I was fortunate to have Gabriel S. inspect below our 100 yr. old home, the entire perimeter and the attic for menacing pests. His discoveries below the house included infested and cracked beams which were replaced by Carlos and crew. Three sets of double doors were shot and carpenters William and Jesus dropped in 3 new sets of doors and repaired the jambs and the wood trim with replacement of new wood. I had an excellent experience with McKernan. They are reasonably priced for inspections and repairs. They sent three different teams to do repairs. Each team was prompt, efficient, competent and conscientious. Highly recommend.
