Hermes has been out to my house a few times and each time they are responsive, efficient, and friendly. The first time, I had mixed draino and another drain solution down my master sink and caused a small explosion followed by drain regurgitation of smoke and bubbly brown matter. They were able to come out right away on my emergency request and clean up the mess I had made. They also replaced a dead garbage disposal motor in my kitchen.Second, they fixed the terrible job the previous plumber did on a replacement shower diverter faucet. Previous plumber left a 1/4-1/3" gap in the wall. Hermes sawed down the pipe, replaced the faucet, and sealed it. He was done in less...read full review
