“I can not express the gratitude for this business. They really care. I am here for the holidays and needed to desperately help my family dog who I haven’t seen in a while. He hasn’t been in the best of care and looked pretty bad sadly. I called 20 different establishments and a lot of them were closing or will be closed tomorrow and I was having a difficult time finding someone. As soon as Wash my Dog picked up the phone the receptionist had such a warm heart that I could feel from the phone. I was desperate for someone and I would’ve been fine with whatever services because of the state of my dog. Even though they were close to closing they were able to graciously take care of me. I am beyond grateful for this act of kindness. Terryl did such a fantastic job with our dog and made him feel comfortable. I understood because of the time I went in, I would be turned away but they saved the day and helped my dog feel better! I can’t recommend them enough and I highly suggest everyone take their animals here for the highest level of care in the valley.“

“The owner is great with my dog. I adopted my dog from the shelter, and he has severe severe, severe mental and behavioral issues from past trauma. It’s very hard to groom him and they are patient and take their time with him. sometimes he’s uncooperative, and I do have to pick him up because it becomes dangerous for the groomer and my dog when he will not stay still.“
