I was referred to Plaza Lock & Key by my office building property manager. I initially had them duplicate some cabinet keys for me and all of the copies worked!
Today I had them perform an onsite service call to install a more secure lockset on the front door to my office suite. I purchased a new secure pass lock and deadbolt lock lockset. The lockset had to be compliant with the LAFD fire code which requires single operation exit. A new hole was created to handle the deadbolt lock, the work was immaculate and all debris were removed. The lock was also rekeyed to be compatible with the office building's master key system, which made my landlord happy.
i came here bc our Nextdoor Neighbor app rated Plaza Lock and Key as the best. Taken care of immediately, including looking at lock boxes, and making key copies. He double checked that the key would work and offered money return policy if it did not. i came here because couple other places were unable to make the key copies. Friendly positive experience!

Stopped in the day before 4th of July and was surprised they were open. They were friendly, so quick (less than 5 minutes if that) and priced well. I had previously used one of those KeyMe kiosks and none of the keys works lol. So this was convenient and Jordan was super helpful and informative. Thank you!
