They pick rugs up if you don't have a vehicle that allows you to drop them off. Beyond cleaning rugs, their ability to repair and resize rugs is somewhat baffling. The intricacies of repairing fine weaving isn't quite comprehendible to me, but they have the ability to repair in house.Kash initially told me about clients that send their rugs from all over to world for cleaning. That sort of shows the artistry in what they do.
