“Initially we had a leak repaired in our roof several months by another contractor. We had our drywall and ceiling repaired and were assured it was fixed but we experienced a leak coming from our roof during a recent storm.Vladimir and his team came to the rescue! Vladimir answered our calls right away and his team was out to fix our leak within the week. Their team is very responsive and reliable. They came out multiple times to our home and completed a thorough water test to ensure our leak was fully repaired. They have been proven trustworthy and we'd be happy to use and refer them for any other work.“

I was fortunate to have Gabriel S. inspect below our 100 yr. old home, the entire perimeter and the attic for menacing pests. His discoveries below the house included infested and cracked beams which were replaced by Carlos and crew. Three sets of double doors were shot and carpenters William and Jesus dropped in 3 new sets of doors and repaired the jambs and the wood trim with replacement of new wood. The pesticide crew Anthony and Gus spent two days locating all the sources of termites and other pests and chemically treated the attic, subterranean area and drilled and injected chemicals in suspected areas. Of course, the home office is efficiently run by GM Cassie and scheduler Alain and the pricing was fair. Folks, this is the best pesticide company I have dealt with in our home for the past 28 years we're here. Before you hire another company, please consider McKernan Inspections. “Adam and his team are amazing. They did the whole interior for my house, about 3300 sq ft. Brand new floors, redesign, remodeled kitchen, and 4 bathrooms. After living in it for about a year, no issues to report! To me, Adam's strength is helping people with the design. I had many contractors bid, but they all relied on my design and layout. As I have never designed a house, it was not my strong suit. Adam was extremely helpful with ideas, restructuring, color schemes, and general advice. He even went to stores with me to pick out finished materials and even negotiate prices! I saved thousands as Adam has contacts all over and able to get even better prices that just "contractor" discounts.Was everything perfect and was there never any tension between us? No, but if you think that is possible with this scale then you may be delusional. When your house is old, issues will arise, but Adam will have a great idea of how to resolve it. If there was an issue that was due to his crew, he took ownership of it and fixed it at his expense. How many others would do this? Compared to many others that went with different contractors, I was smooth sailing.Adam took care of the permits, personally walked the inspector through to avoid any issues, and had regular contact with vendors and subcontractors. Small things like this that I have seen cause major delays in other people's remodels were not even an issue.Would definitely recommend and would use for future projects.“

We pass their name to everyone who’s looking for construction work to their home dwelling.A little history…My parents in Glendale, CA had a cold call 2009 when they needed to redo their bathroom to their 1927 Mission Revival house.Because of the excellent work my parents requested there services again in 2010 to renovate the whole house.In 2021 my husband and I needed the ceiling removed in our condo unit to see the termite damage. (Luckily it was very minimal.) and while it was open, put in recess lighting inside.We sold the condo this year (2022) and bought a house. Where we, once again, called ING Construction to do what the house inspector fixes were needed to the 1979 house up to code.We had a drain place in the back.New dedicated gas line to tankless water tank plus earthquake shut off valve to gas meter.Added bathroom fan vents to vent the moisture out.New vent pipe to the washing machine in the garage.New roof to the house plus adding solar, as well.They were extremely fast, and the quality is unmeasurable. We will always use them in the near future. (as in next year painting our house exterior as well as removing the popcorn off the living room ceiling. “We had our house texcoted by CA Energy Contractors about 15 years ago. Most of the texcote on our house has held up pretty well all these years with the exception of a few spots where the house and the ground meet. Alex from the company informed us that something called efflorescence was coming through the stucco and was causing the texcote to bubble in these areas. Alex kindly let us know that there would be no charge to fix these areas, since we are good customers of theirs. He was also able to send a piece of the texcote coming off to his lab to prepare a texcote paint that color matched the area that needed repair.
