I was fortunate to have Gabriel S. inspect below our 100 yr. old home, the entire perimeter and the attic for menacing pests. His discoveries below the house included infested and cracked beams which were replaced by Carlos and crew. Three sets of double doors were shot and carpenters William and Jesus dropped in 3 new sets of doors and repaired the jambs and the wood trim with replacement of new wood. The pesticide crew Anthony and Gus spent two days locating all the sources of termites and other pests and chemically treated the attic, subterranean area and drilled and injected chemicals in suspected areas. Of course, the home office is efficiently run by GM Cassie and scheduler Alain and the pricing was fair. Folks, this is the best pesticide company I have dealt with in our home for the past 28 years we're here. Before you hire another company, please consider McKernan Inspections. “so far so good they just started came on time. It is not a 123 project that I thought it would be. First the exterior had to be sealed, then the interior had to have traps placed. this is a 5 to 6 weeks project total , since they just started. I can only give a review that I have been very satisfied so far will continue the review once they finished.“
“Discovering I had rats invading my attic and inside the home was my worst nightmare. Between hearing scratching and movement in the ceiling and walls, discovering droppings in various areas and even having a rat in my bedroom that thankfully my dog noticed by smell, I honestly was having problems sleeping at night. The rats can squeeze thru the smallest crevices and you don't even know it til you see droppings and damage. I called Titan because they had good reviews and my experience with them from beginning to end was top notch customer service AND they got rid of the rats. First they sent out Ray to do the inspection. He found all the possible ways the rats were getting into the house from underground to roof. Then Miguel came and sealed up all the areas and set traps. And then for the next three weeks, a tech came to the house once a week to check the traps and remove any dead rodents. Everyone I dealt with from the people who answered the phone to the techs were all very professional and courteous and easy to deal with. Ray was very kind and helpful and Miguel was just the sweetest and most conscientious hard worker and really took his time and care sealing up all the areas and making me feel that my home was safe again. Also, all the communication from phone to text to emails was very thorough. They completely documented each individual space that needed to be sealed and emailed individual photos of every area. The peace of mind I have after Titan fixed and sealed all entry points is really priceless. It's rare to find a company these days that is so professional and does an above average job. I definitely recommend Titan.“
