Melodye not only stepped up to the challenge of getting our floors installed before my wife and newborn came home from the hospital 3 weeks prematurely, she personally made sure everything was done to my satisfaction, and providing some long term advice for us knowing that, at some point, we were going to need to take some panels up to re-pipe our house. Her team is at the ready when the time comes to carefully remove and then re-install the panels around the plumber's timeline.
