The builder of this facility did make an attempt to make it more attractive than the standard strip mall.“

“I was lucky enough to be on a show that occupied one of the 10th floor office suites. It was spacious, well designed and well maintained during our whole run. The views of the Hollywood sign, Griffith Park Observatory and DTLA inspired us everyday and provided more than a few spectacular rainbows. But the best part of the experience was working with Dirk Degraeve and his helpful staff, from the parking attendants, to the front desk security guards, to the office personnel.
