Honest and up front if there are any unforseen complications. I'm more than pleased by their expert repair of a couple of malfunctioning toilets and installing right angle shut off valves for several sinks. The Ervin team takes pride in doing the best and go above & beyond. When my old kitchen faucet would not fit the new shut off valve, they immediately drove to the nearest hardware store to find a replacement faucet - -texting me photos of the best choices. Who would expect a personal plumbing shopper?! I was floored. This team deserves 11 stars.“

“I have long preferred distilled water for my home drinking water needs. The first distiller I bought was a constant source of frustration as it was always breaking, so when it came time to replace it, I decided to research a little more and buy a unit that was industrial grade. This led me to APS Water. Dino, the sales rep, recommended the Durastill brand, and for five years it functioned without incident. Recently, the solenoid burned out and fried the electronics. I took the unit in, and Mitch, the owner - and a very cool dude - personally repaired the unit. When he discovered the electronics were beyond repair, he provided me with a replacement unit at no charge. No, the unit wasn't under warranty anymore, this is just the type of guy he is. When do you ever encounter a business owner like this? The quality service and total professionalism has made me a customer for life.“

“Our hot water heater wasn't working (leaking / pilot light went out) so we called Extreme Plumbing and Rooter Inc. to schedule an appt. Hakob and Setrak were able to come out the next day despite the terrible weather. They were super helpful in diagnosing the problem and took the time to actually show me the source of the issue and laid out what my options were. Ultimately, we ended up needing to get a new hot water heater. I never felt like I was being pressured into getting something I didn't need or being talked down to. They took the time to discuss our options and got me a couple quotes for both a gas tank and gas tankless option. We decided to stick with the tank. They were able to have a new one brought over and installed all in the same day!! I should probably also mention that my hot water heater is on the second floor in a tiny closet, so they were working with a really tiny space. Hakob and Setrak were very considerate of leaving my place as they found it (despite having to make several trips back into the rain). I would definitely use their services again. Thanks, guys!!“
