We had a truck key broke in the worst possible way the day after a holiday. This team came in and opened up the shop and drove to our location to rekey our truck in an emergency. Customer service was absolutely top-notch. I will not be getting keys made from anyone other than them from now on! You cannot teach this level of service. Truly stunning experience.

As soon as I showed up, I asked to see Magdonal. And there he was, in the flesh. The Great Magdonal.
I clarified my needs, he gave me his price, and business was done. Key was copied. And an invitation to return was extended to me. And I accepted.
Every time I have visited MAGDONAL’s lock and key, the Great Magdonal hasnt been present.
