Arthur provided excellent service and gave my family realistic expectations for the lifespan of our appliances. He ensured his recommendations were practical and kept our costs low. I didn’t ultimately get my appliances repaired by Arthur because it’s more cost effective to replace my washing machine, but I will definitely reach out when the next issue arises.
