I had a great experience working with Jeremy and Sheri at FCI Temecula for my flooring installation. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with.
There was a hiccup initially with the carpet color but Jeremy addressed the issue and made it right. I really appreciated the accountability and the effort to resolve it quickly.
The final result looks great, and the overall quality of the work met my expectations. Sheri was also very helpful throughout the process, keeping communication clear and everything moving along.

I can't recommend Airtime enough! During this heat wave, my AC stopped working, and they came out quickly and got my system back up and running. From the moment they arrived, I could tell they genuinely cared about doing the job right instead of just rushing through the appointment.
They went above and beyond by checking my attic to make sure all of my ductwork was properly connected. While they were up there, they found a disconnected duct that the company I used last year completely missed. It made me realize how thorough Airtime is compared to the previous HVAC company I had been using.
My system is older, and I was expecting the usual sales pitch to replace everything. Instead, they were honest about the condition of my unit, fixed what needed to be fixed, and never pressured me into buying a new system. That level of honesty is hard to find these days.
Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and because I was so impressed with their service, I signed up for their maintenance plan. It's reassuring to know they'll be coming out every year to keep everything running smoothly and hopefully help me get the most life out of my current system.

Steve and his team did a fantastic job on PPFing the front bumper of my Model Y! While getting that done, I asked about window tint and he gave me a quote for the windshield I couldn’t refuse! I’ve used other shops for PPF the past few years and you really can’t beat their pricing! The quality of the work was impeccable and Steve’s attention-to-detail is second to none! Schedule: Eli has been very flexible and open to last-minute adjustments, always happy to work with my busy schedule for me to look my best. And looking my best is an understatement. Sophia gave me the best cut I’ve had. I’ve been struggling to find someone who can actually do a proper modern mullet, especially with my really thick, wavy hair. A lot of barbers just don’t get the shape right or don’t know how to handle the texture, but Sophia completely exceeded my expectations.

After tax season, I needed a good relaxing shave and facial treatment. Zuberi took care of it all in his private setting. This place is very relaxing and very professional. I had the steam on my face and a gentle scrub before the shave. Left feeling very good and looking better. I had a straight razor shave of my head and beard. I started out getting hybrid sets for my lashes, and now I get more of a light volume and they’re always so beautiful and last. I also LOVE the rapid tans! Their solution is really bronze and not orange at all. The application is always flawless as well.

I got my nails done today by Kim and I am in love with them! She did exactly what I was hoping for, short and pink. I have had multiple facials done at Sweet Cheeks studio but the newest best thing I had done there is the Hydrafacial skin treatment and scalp cleanse! Darlene and Jasmine are a wonderful mother-daughter duo who have treated me with nothing but kindness, patience, and genuine care from the very beginning.
I’ve been to other facial spas in the past where I spent a lot of money and unfortunately felt like I wasn’t getting the results I was hoping for. My acne would keep coming back, and I never felt like I truly understood what was going on with my skin.
My very first consultation with Darlene and Jasmine was completely different. I learned SO much about my skin and skincare that I had never been taught before, and things previous estheticians had never even mentioned to me. They took the time to educate me, answer my questions, explain everything, and create a treatment plan based on what my skin actually needed.

Paola was my guardian angel when my make up artist cancelled hours before a wedding I was attending. Paola was able to fit me in on super short notice and was open to my inspiration/makeup ideas. She listened to my concerns and was able to address them all during our appointment. I had faith she was going to do a good job based on past client pics, but I was not expecting to look as nice as I did. Paola left me speechless with just how incredible the makeup turned out. I was highly complemented by everyone at the wedding for my look and it was all thanks to Paola. The makeup lasted all night (and then some…) and there was no caking/creasing/or smearing! Amber from my hair trial to my big day was exceptional! She listened to my preferences, provided me suggestions, and delivered! She also brings good vibes - full of joy, light, and calm; all things you want on wedding day. I loved my updo style she did for me and it seriously completed my whole look. She even used couple hair pieces to ensure fullness and volume and you could not tell I had them in. I got tattoos during Friday the 13th flash and saying I had an absolutely amazing experience is an understatement. My wife and I got there early because we didn’t know what to expect. We had the privilege of seeing the level of care and detail that the shop puts into this type of flash tattoo/piercing day. The tattoo designs were located in several locations and there was QR codes to enter the electronic line and fill out the consent forms. After filling out the form and getting a spot in line, customers could wait by the shop listening to music or playing games the shop had set up. This wasn’t the first Friday the 13th I had gotten tattoos on, but it was by far the best experience I have had. My tattoos were done by Spike and he is an amazing artist. I will definitely be going to him for some of the artwork I have been wanting. In addition to my tattoos, I also got pierced by Tori and she was amazing as well. Both Spike and Tori provided great conversations while I was in their chairs. This shop is worth the drive and I highly recommend visiting this shop anytime of the month. Also a special shout out to Spike’s wife for being the designer and visionary behind why their Friday the 13th flashes are so amazing.

If you are looking for a Plumber I highly recommend Roger Miller's Plumbing (RMP). I have been using RMP for over 10 years and have always had great service. The excellent service starts with a call to their office with the phone answered by Sean. Sean is extremely knowledgeable about plumbing issues and will work with you to understand the issues you are having. Once he understands what is going on he will recommend one of his plumbers best suited for your job and then schedule a date a time. I was having a problem with my freestanding tub where the hot water just dripped out of the faucet instead of gushing out. The fixture used a moen valve which was stuck in place and would not allow the hot water to flow. Sean sent Daniel to the rescue! Replacing the valve was not a straightforward endeavor as it had been stripped of its threads. Fortunately for me Daniel had faced this issue before and used his experience and expertise to replace the valve. I can now take a hot bath in my tub. Thank you RMP and all that work there. 5 stars for 10 years of excellent service!

I had an outstanding experience with Adam and his team from start to finish, everything was handled professionally. They arrived right on time, were courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. The installation was clean and efficient, and you could tell they take pride in their work.

Hilbrands Carpet Care is great! Fast, friendly, focused and affordable! And Mr. H is very professional; he and his son Brian work so fast and silently that you can tell they've done this together for years. They attacked my five bdrm, loft, stairs& hallway (plus a room size area rug!) right away. When I saw Mr H on his knees attacking that dreaded travel path up my stairs, I was near tears. All I know is my kids rooms were stained, and my 96 yr old dad's room looks and feels great. Oh, I will surely be calling them again...

The crews that did the work were excellent in all the ways that matter. You NEED to buy your floor from West Coast Flooring! My parents bought a new home to retire in/downsize and was going to be a big move. Things went less then planned with so many escrow issues from them selling their house and delays on buying their new home from escrow negligence. All this to say, that the WCF team was OVERLY accommodating to the delays and moving timelines throughout the process, when they absolutely did not need to be and was not their problems, but the continually accommodated changes with a smile! Once we got all the homes sold/purchased, the WCF team sent the full crew and got almost the entire home done in a day so my parents could move in on time they originally hoped for, even with the delays in closing their new home. Big shoutout/ thank you to Frank in the store for working with us, and making sure we were always taken care of and reducing our risks of loss throughout this process and also to Jim/Jason and the install team, you guys are amazing and take such high pride in your work, and it shows! My wife is throwing a baby shower tomorrow for her best friend with 50 guests. I was power washing the back patio & the outside electrical went out. I checked the breakers & the GFI, but electricity wouldn’t come on. I freaked out because it was 4:30pm & without outside electricity the party would be a nightmare. I have done 2 grading projects in Temecula with 2 different licensed grading companies. Advantage grading was superior in every way. If you want personal service throughout the project and great communication, Jerry is the right choice. You will get out of the box thinking like when he turned the rocks that were removed during grading into riprap, saving me quite a bit of money. The 2 regrets I have are 1) not using them on my first grading job and 2) not reaching out to Jerry to help guide me to a better Civil engineer. Always a pleasure to have my teeth cleaned by Alicia, the dental hygienist, who somehow makes it enjoyable. She also convinced me to floss regularly, which I never used to do until she warned me about bacteria harboring between our gums. Alicia has a way with words! My dentist Dr. Franklin Chu looks like an Asian movie star, so he’s easy on the eyes as well as your teeth, LOL. Staff is warm and friendly. This is probably the most fun dental office I’ve ever visited!
Update: Just had a gum graft to fix my receding gums. The wait was super long and I was already anxious and the room started to feel chilly. A staff member named Joycie kindly stepped into the room to check up on me and offered me a blanket as she noticed how cool the room was. I was given a local anesthesia so I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure, but I somehow felt the sensation of the needle and thread going through my gums. It was uncomfortable and scary just thinking about it, but that warm blanket somehow made things more cozy and tolerable for me. I’m so grateful for Joycie’s kindness and warm smile.
Surprisingly, I didn’t feel much pain the next day after the gum graft. I kept taking ibuprofen for the mild swelling, though. I’m feeling more confident about the next appointment for the second gum graft next month.
Additionally, I want to add that my dental hygienist Alicia recommended TheraBreath Oral Rinse to combat halitosis. It’s probably the most effective product out there for bad breath and the prevention of tonsil stones!

I absolutely love this place and it was only one visit. The nurses as sooooooooo welcoming and sweet. Dr Young is very informative, gentle, and professional. After my daughters minor procedure i decided to switch to their office as my kid’s permanent dental practice.
The same day my daughter bit her lip while it was still numb. Today( two days later) i decided to call in just to ensure the area isn’t infected due to the bite.
The nurse answered and asked me to send photos via email.
When she reviewed the photos she said due to how it looks she would feel more comfortable getting dr young on the phone to better assist.
That alone made me 10000000% more comfortable with this office because of how the nurse wanted me to get a definite diagnosis instead of speaking on something she wasn’t 100% certain about. That just shows how much they care to not mislead their patients and her way of handling the situation symbolized how a parent would care for their own child. This reassured me that my babies would always be in good trusting hands.
Another bonus is how clear the office entire space is.

Our experience with this hospital and Dr. Wagner was above expectations. We were in need of a quick ultrasound and our previous hospital could not accommodate. I called around and everyone else was extremely expensive and had outside Dr. come in once a week to preform test. This facility has it all in house and had it done same afternoon and reasonable. The tech’s , receptionist’s and complete staff were compassionate. Unfortunately We were fighting a battle we could not win. Cancer of the spleen took my 3 year old golden. Dr.Wagner did everything she could and was very compassionate throughout.

The veterinarian was so quick to react and for that reason my pet is still here. However, this class has introduced me to an entirely new body of knowledge about the body and reiterated how important the fascia is. I love the way Bautista shares her knowledge, truly guiding you through each step of the practice and through the senses of your own body.
The space itself has a lovely calming energy and it feels more like a wellness space than a classic yoga studio. And Bautista in particular is such a lovely teacher with a warmth I haven’t felt in a long time.

Her work on my glutes, hamstring, quads, and calves was flawless, as she could subdue the soreness in those areas. With the detailed work, I would not have been able to have the energy for remaining workout throughout the week. I recommend Lori, and the 90 min session is what you should schedule. I got massage here it and was one of the best massages I have had around here.Aros has only been open for 2 months. The massage area is very relaxing and quiet. The massage therapist was able to work out all the tightness.I got the 90 minute combo that was a whole body massage and foot massage too. Where to even begin?! I started with Liu Hong in 2024 seeking help with fertility and from the start I knew I came to the right place. She listened attentively, took the time to understand and knew exactly what to do. I was so impressed with her knowledge it really brought me a lot of peace. I did end up taking a break for about a year as I had some other health issues I needed to address and found out I had endometriosis. After my excision surgery I knew I needed to come back to her so I started coming again Feb 2026 every week for fertility and to help my body overall. I am now 16 weeks pregnant!!!! After 3 1/2 years of trying I truly believe her expertise and knowledge helped me get to that positive pregnancy test. You can tell she truly cares and gives you guidance to follow at home as well.
