Service was great! I loved my lashes, but they fell out quick. I understand the process of lashes normally falling, but I had a few that fell out on the same day. Tech was really nice. I would go to her on special occasions. I don't usually wear lashes all the time. I'm still a rookie in this.

I was nervous because this was my second time getting eyelash extensions after a really odd first time experience at a different place. At the previous place I went to they didn't change the bedding, didn't show me different options, and took nearly 4 hours! My friends all told me that isn't a normal experience so I looked on yelp and found One Stop. It was night and day! Chloe is wonderful! She didn't rush me and showed me all the lashes, lengths, and styles. On top of being friendly, knowledgeable, hygienic and skilled she was FAST! I was done in an hour. 10/10
