Dr Chen is thorough, professional, upbeat, and on point with great skin/scalp treatments. You get an education and get to see a video on his skin cancer prevention. Good to excellent patient care.

Dr. Shen was great and such a nice person! He listened to all of my concerns and took his time with me. The rest of the staff was also super friendly. Had a good experience, thank you :)

Wow. What a wonderful Doctor. I mean, how often can you honestly walk out of an appointment feeling like all your concerns were addressed, you were informed with loads of information & treated by a physician who LOVES his job & area of expertise!? On top of that, their office staff is efficient, friendly & even advised me on the best location & discounts for medication. He demonstrates that he is Doctor who values patients' happiness & comfort above income too. I would give more stars if I could.
