Cade was the Physical Therapist that assessed and treated me. He's extremely knowledgeable, professional and nice. The exercises he gave me helped my neck very much, I experienced pain relief and confidence in my recovery. All the staff members at PacificPro are friendly and eager to help. I was very pleased with my experience and will definitely go back to PacificPro for any future PT needs.“

One thing I really appreciate is that Dr. Jim listened when I explained that I’m uncomfortable with neck adjustments. Unlike other chiropractors I’ve been to, he never pressures me and only performs treatments I’m comfortable with. They also accept my Kaiser insurance, which has been incredibly helpful.

“Therapy here is 5 stars! Front desk staff Melinda and Maria are very professional and provide excellent communication with parents - I always get a call back within a timely matter, text me as soon as a make up date is available and let me know if changes need to be made to the schedule (if therapist calls out). Lobby is clean and inside therapy areas are impeccably clean. Facility is bigger than what we are used to which is better because they provide a lot of options. My son comes in for OT with Kyli and she's amazing with him! Kyli is the best OT we've had encountered thus far. She does very well with him. She's not only worked on fine, gross motor skills but also picky eating amongst other things. We've seen a lot of improvement since he's started OT at Carrico with Kyli. Gym area is pretty big and is my son favorite area. All he wants to do is "play."“
