At 3:15 in the afternoon, I broke my glasses. At 3:30 I arrived at the Temecula Wal-Mart Vision Center. I was greeted with a smile and shown the exact pair of glasses that I had stepped on and was able to have my lenses replaced in the new frames and be out the door in less than 20 minutes.
The staff was so good in fact that I went next-door and scheduled an appointment with the optometrist for the very next day. Upon completion of the appointment with the optometrist I went back to the Walmart vision center and spent $900 on a new pair of glasses for both my wife and myself. The staff at the Temecula vision center understands the importance of good customer service. They were awesome, happy and very efficient individuals. The staff members in the Vision Center are a credit to the organization and should be recognized as such. Great work!“
