Lilly is amazing, very knowledgeable. I like her honesty, if she does not feel her technique will help you, she let you know. She has helped me with my lower back avoid major surgery. It was to the point I was going to need plates and screws on S1/L5. she was able to work with my body and get it to where I needed only minimally invasive surgery with a quick recovery.
