“Two weeks ago after the really bad rain storm I discovered a leak in my bathroom. it turned out to be a leak in the walls from the roof that traveled from the roof to our master bath and down to the family room. Home Perfect is attentive to the customer. is very good at explaining what’s going on and the process that will be used to demo, repair and restore. The field associates have been amazing. Dan and Casey have done an exceptional job of calling before they arrive. They keep in contact with each other so they are always on the same page of what needs to be done. We’ve made it through the first part of the demo. Brad the estimator for the company took the time to talk with my insurance company that was at times disagreeing on what needed to be done and what they would cover. He worked endlessly with my insurance company to come to an agreement. Every person I have encountered at Home Perfect has been excellent, Brad, Dan & Kasey as well as the associates in the office have been helpful and don’t stop until I understand and am comfortable with the process. Great company.“

He has removed stains that I never thought would come up. My very light berber carpet has been kept in impeccable condition even though we have 2 dogs and a great deal of traffic. My travertine has been cleaned and sealed and restored nicely. We have not been disappointed.“

I called a lot of carpet cleaners for quotes, but Patrick is the only one who offered to drive to my home to actually see the carpet before quoting the job. His customer service was excellent. “Fantastic!! When another company failed to show up this morning for our appointment I called Valley Estate Services hoping they would be able to come same day. There is some prep work that comes with having your carpets cleaned and I had woken up all the kids early and planned my entire morning around my original appt. Thankfully, Anna said she could come in the afternoon. She was very sweet and texted when she was on her way. She cleaned my stairs, 4 bedrooms, the landing, and 2 rugs. Everything looks great and I'm so happy I ended up finding her, we will be using her services again!“

They're employees we great and they really do want to help you. My biggest suggestion is to ask as many questions as you can and make sure there is clear communication. It's already upsetting that you have to use them in the first place because your house flooded or was damaged, just make sure you are clearly understanding the process of everything and really educate yourself.“
