My dog injured his ear flap. My normal vet could not see him for several days. Trying to find a same day appointment to a veterinarian is close to impossible. Somehow I stumbled on to this gem.I immediately knew my dog was in excellent hands the second I walked into the office. The check in process was easy and painless. Everything was explained clearly. Dr Lucas examined my dogs ear before I had a chance to sit down she was out to talk with me about his plan of care and answer any questions I had. At no time did I feel rushed. I was in need of a Vet Hosp as my current one was closed for the long holiday. They were able to squeeze me in. I have a cat that was in need. Dr Michelle Dejanovich was so incredibly nice, caring and knowledgeable. She had the best bedside manner I could relate to. She did not throw out major testing that would break the bank. She kept everything within my realm. I have faith in her assessment, diagnosis and medial plan for my kitty. The office worked with me within my timeframe as well. We bring both of our pups here for all of their medical needs and they always do such a great job! They have been so accomodating with our pup Eros who has seizures by making sure to fit him in on short notice if needed and customizing his care to help keep him seizure free. We love all the staff here, and so do our pups!
