“The honesty of this owner was so impressive. I told him our situation, that we moved out and the land lord was unhappy with the cleanliness of the house. Sam explained that he would let me know when he got to the house after I sent him pictures of when I received the house if the land lord was being reasonable. I received a phone call and he told me not to do anything that it was unreasonable the amount of cleaning the landlord wanted especially when we got the house not in that condition. Sam was so honest he wouldn’t even accept payment for the time he took to go to the house. I am so impressed with this company. I really like a straight up person that tells it like it is.
