Had an absolutely wonderful time at Salt and Light today. Emily was so kind and helpful explaining services to my daughter and I. We did the red light sauna, red light therapy and spray tan. Environment was so peaceful. I genuinely almost fell sleep doing red light therapy. Sauna was the perfect temperature. As someone that runs really hot, the 144 degree sauna was perfect. I woke up with my hip aching and I truly feel so much better. Ten out of ten would recommend for anyone in the area. My only complaint… they need more locations! I’d love to see an additional location open in Menifee or Murrieta so I could go daily.
