I was tasked with arranging a "Wood Destroying Insect Inspection" by the company refinancing my home. I understood this to be a requirement for VA refinancing. Along the painful process of refinancing my home, this was an additional experience and expense that I didn't need. My loan officer recommended that I avoid chain companies and find a local exterminator. I called several, settling on Prime exterminators, as their price was the lowest. I gave Prime Exterminators a call because I was worried that I might have Termites. Mary, who took my call, was super friendly. We scheduled my inspection. Pat came out to my house to conduct the free inspection. Given the current pandemic, Pat took every precaution to make sure me and my family were safe. He completed his inspection and gave me the great news that we did not have any termites. What an honest company!
