Wow. I am so happy that I found PacGen construction and Carl Bachler! They are absolutely the BEST at what they do! Do not call anyone else! My job was NOT an easy one. I needed to install a bathroom on the 1st floor of my new house for my son who is handicapped and in a wheelchair. Time was of the essence, because we were moving in and we had no way to shower him downstairs. To complicate things, my slab was post tension and my GPR scan showed it was going to be a complicated build. I went through several other contractors, began doing some of the preliminary work, and was completely discouraged and worried, before finding Carl. Excellent experience. We had a guest bathroom renovation completed by Carl and his crew, Luis and Jose. The before and after is just amazing. The work is QUALITY and the attention to detail was exceptional. For example, they caulked the trim around the bathroom door which was not even in their scope of work but Jose wanted to do it because it was not done properly by the home builder. They took their time to make sure everything was done to perfection. We are very happy with the outcome and are now going to use Carl and his crew to do our master bathroom renovation. Thank you Carl, Jose and Luis for a job well done!
