I would highly recommend PacificPro Physical Therapist.From the first phone call to schedule an appointment I was impressed with their professionalism , competence and cheerful attitude. Shawn and Nicole work together to achieve the goals we set listening to all concerns. They have a small and focused practice that allows individual attention to every patient’s muscular/joint/physical needs. Through their hard work and expertise I’m pain free and moving fluidly. Amazing service! I started therapy while being almost completely immobile due to a lumbar disc herniation. Sean, Nikki, and the rest of the team were so helpful during my 6 week recovery. They had a really strategic exercise plan dialed in for me and took great care of me. Would definitely recommend!

I have had 5 back surgeries but continue to have residual pain on the right side of my back near L4/L5. In fact in this area when I apply pressure I feel sparks in in my lower right leg.The Physical Therapists at PacificPro explained why I was having pain and showed me stretches that help correct the problem as well as using the Massage Gun to loosen my muscles.
